FineTunedNews (FTN) provides an AI-powered news and article platform with the following features:

Premium Features:
- FTN Insight - An AI assistant for article understanding and analysis
- Unlimited questions on premium content (subscribers only)
- Exclusive analysis and deep dives
- Ad-free reading experience
Pricing:
- Monthly subscription: $1.29/month USD
- Annual subscription: $8.99/year USD
- Prices subject to applicable taxes
Service Type: Digital subscription service (NO human-driven services included)
- Automated content delivery
- AI-powered assistance
- Automated subscription management

2. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using FineTunedNews, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscription Plans

You may subscribe to FineTunedNews on a monthly or annual basis
Monthly subscribers are charged $0.99 USD per month
Annual subscribers are charged $8.99 USD per year
All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period
You will be charged the same subscription fee for the renewal period
You are responsible for maintaining payment method accuracy
Renewal charges appear on your payment statement

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime directly from your dashboard
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You retain full access to premium features through the end of your paid period
No refund is issued when canceling (you keep access for the remainder of your paid period)

4. Payment and Billing

Payment is processed through Paddle, a secure third-party payment processor
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
We do not store your credit card details (handled securely by Paddle)
You are responsible for all applicable taxes
Billing disputes must be reported to Paddle within the specified timeframe

5. Content Usage and Intellectual Property

Your Rights

You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only
You may share links to articles with attribution

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

Redistribute or republish content without explicit written permission
Use content for commercial purposes or resale
Extract, scrape, or automatically download content
Create derivative works from our content
Modify or remove attribution or copyright notices
Use content to train AI models without permission

Our Ownership

All text, visuals, designs, code, and other materials on FineTunedNews are owned by FineTunedNews or our licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Service Availability and Changes

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
We may update, modify, or discontinue features with 30 days notice
We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
Critical security updates may be made immediately

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Misuse or attempt to damage the platform
Interfere with service operation or security
Attempt to extract or access data through unauthorized means
Engage in harassment, spam, or abusive behavior
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

FineTunedNews is provided "AS-IS"

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free information
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or revenue
We are not liable for your reliance on information provided
Our maximum liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the last 12 months

FTN Insight (AI assistant) responses are generated by AI and may contain errors
Always verify important information from original sources
FineTunedNews is not a substitute for professional advice

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Benin. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with Benin law and jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms
